Biography

She grew up in San Carlos, California with her mom, dad, and three brothers. She is the second-youngest of four children. Since she was a child she enjoyed drawing and painting. Later she discovered makeup and started experimenting with different colors, styles e.t.c. During high school, she used to do her friend’s makeup and did freelance makeup work for photoshoots.

After finishing high school Chrisspy enrolled at Foothill-DeAnza Community College. For a few years she worked in MAC cosmetics in San Mateo, and MAC Hilsdale, but she moved to Los Angeles and earned her Bachelors’s degree from UCLA.

Since she enjoyed experimenting with different makeup styles, she started posting her pictures on Instagram. After she noticed that people like what she does Christina launched her YouTube channel on March 1, 2012, and started posting videos on it.

Her first videos were tutorials about makeup, but when she started posting videos of makeup transformations, her popularity exploded. Every day more and more girls from all around the world followed her on YouTube, Facebook and Instagram, so she became one of the most popular YouTubers in America.

The most popular video is „Halloween Skull Makeup“ which has 6.5 million views. Her subscribers also like videos in which she talks about makeup, care and beauty tips. She also creates vlogs from her travels and everyday routines.

She`s the genius behind the Dory and Yoda videos that went viral.

Chrisspy successfully runs a fashion blog named „chrisspymakeup.com“. For collaboration with brands and sponsors and communication with her fans, she uses Instagram and other social profiles. On Instagram, she has over 3.5 million followers.
