Zach publicly declared the list of equipment he uses. It’s in description of every video he published in the form of Amazon affiliate links. This means that he gets small percentage of every sale that people he referred make.

His mics collection is quite modest but some would say of high quality. Zach uses Audio-Technica AT4053B Hypercardioid microphone connected to a Zoom H6 Six-Track Portable Recorder.

As a backup ASMR microphone he has the Blue Yeti.

In all of Zach videos we can se that he has Shure SE215-K-UNI Sound Isolating Earphones as monitors.

Zach uses Apple Macbook Pro from 2018. He edits videos in Apple iMovie or Davinci Resolve.

We don’t know for sure what lighting does he use, but our guess is that he uses basic lighting kit with 2 softboxes and 1 keylight from Amazon.

Income / Earnings

Zach is one of the rare YouTubers who gave as glimpse into his YouTube earnings. In February 2019 he recorded video of destroying James Charles Palette and promised to donate first two weeks of the video to charity. In two weeks, his video got 560k views and earned $415 ($29.63 per day). This averages $0.71 per 1000 views for his videos, so in theory we can conclude that he is making over $10k per month.

On the mentioned video he made a poll in which his fans decided which charity gets the money.
